Georgia Dirt Racing

My Family has been around racetracks forĀ a long long time, from my Great Uncle Junior Samples getting his start with the "World;s Greatest Whopper" at a racetrack in the Cumming Georgia area back in the 1960's, to my dad Billy McDaniel and Uncle Bobby, and even my Aunt Winky (Elinburg) Dunaway racing at Lanier, Winder, and Athens, back when i was a young kid.

I have always wanted to race on dirt, and my 15 year old Daughter has also caught the fever. I purchased a Metric Chassis in 2023, it was kinda bare....

I have already spent a decent chunk on this: i purchased a 1985 Monte Carlo Body and its Front A- arms, a new 9 inch floater, a 6.50 center section with a full spool, a 9 inch floater backup, New rear springs, A Saginaw 3 speed, a lakewood bellhousing, 2 different 350 engines to rebuild, a set of 462 heads, 2 sets of 186 heads, a Edlebrock Performer Intake, a 600 Holley, a Sweet steering box, a steering quickner, collapseable steering shaft, two different Kirkey seats, a set of Autometer Gauges, 4 Aero Beadlock wheels, tubular front A Arms and other parts.

This will be my daughters Car, so i will have a Metric Chassis and a Leafer to work on. It already has alot of good parts on it, so it wont be nearly as bad to get going.
